Frequently asked questions
How do I report a bug or crash?
Email us at support@honeybadger-games.com with “Twilight Tactics” in the subject if relevant, your device and OS version, and a short description of what happened. If the app crashed, include any in-app error message if you saw one.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Refunds are processed by them according to their policies. Open the store app, go to your purchase history, and use the “Report a problem” or “Request a refund” option for the purchase in question.
